Papaya leaves are another fantastic leaf u dont see very often in the botanicals scene 

they are very diffrent to other leaves as once in the water they almost look like seaweed and u can watch it sway with the flow of the water in your aquarium 

Papaya leaves are highly recomended for shrimp and other inverts 

Botanicals are not just great for tannin your water they have fantastic health benifits such as they have antibacterial propertys stress relieving antifungal propertys aid in breeding natural food source and natural hiding places

Botanicals can be added straight away into your aquarium where they will float for a while or until they sink to the bottom
To speed up this process you can boil the botanicals for a couple of minutes.
Over time the botanicals will slowly degrade and can remain in your aquarium
