Collection: Talawa Wood

Talawa wood is a beautiful type of wood for the aquarium terraium paludarium and much more

Talawa comes from Asia

Usually the pieces consist of a basic stump from which many branches arise. Unlike Spiderwood, for example the branches of talawa wood are much straighter in shape

This wood opens up new possibilities for other design forms in the aquarium or terrarium

Talawa Wood is an important source of fibre for suckermouth plecs and crayfish and contains humins which render the aquarium water fish-friendly.

Humins give the water a slight amber stain that makes the colours of the fish and invertebrates in your tank really stand out

Talawa Wood is from Asia and has a beautiful light brown colour.

These driftwood pieces are ramified and look rather delicate yet also have beautiful straight branches

They are ideal for planting with mosses and epiphytes plants

Also great for shrimp tanks and frog setups and much more
